We love because we want to share, we want to reach into the lives around us and see in them what we see in ourselves. We want to look at someone and know their stories and care about their struggles not because it makes our lives easier but because it makes them better. We love even though it's futile because in some ways it all is, and love is a way we can defy that expiration date.
